As the name suggests, the app combines Angry Birds fun with social interaction:

Gather daily rewards, send and receive gifts of power-ups with your friends and brag about your accomplishments.Rovio released no further details about the app or when it will be available.
The developer also released its financial results for all of 2012. Driven by game revenue and consumer product sales, Rovio reported $195 million in revenue and $71 million in profit.
After launching Angry Birds Space, Amazing Alex, Bad Piggies, and Angry Birds Star Wars last year, there are now more than 263 million active monthly users playing Rovio titles across all platforms.
So like them or not, it looks like the Angry Birds are here to stay.
